positions based in Shanghai, China.  The Client is a global, leading
financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking,
securities, investment management and wealth management services.

1. Team Leader

a senior technical developer to work as a team lead in the Shanghai
Technology group. The role involves all aspects of the software
development life cycle. In addition to software development skills,
the candidate should exhibit good leadership and management skills.
The rapid growth of their office requires someone who can develop a
strong and cohesive team.  They need flexible candidates who are
practical technologists, excellent problem solvers and enjoy all
aspects of software development.

i.      Requirements:
•       Hands-on in at least one of C++, Java, C#;
•       Concurrent programming in multithreaded, distributed environments;
•       Structured data; relational databases (schema design, SQL queries,
Sybase/DB2) and XML;
•       Strong OOA, OOD knowledge;
•       Developing experience in UNIX/LINUX or Windows environment;
•       Clear written and verbal communications in English;
•       Demonstrated ability to self-manage, meet deadlines and deliver results;
•       Can build and lead a 5 person development team;
•       Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills;
•       Able to relocate to Shanghai, China (if not already living there);
•       Undergraduate degree or above in a scientific, mathematical,
engineering, computer science subject;

2.  Developer _ JAVA

i.      Main Requirements：
•       Working experience writing Java code in a commercial environment is mandatory;
•       Working experience in Ant, Perforce, Eclipse IDE;
•       Familiarity with XML/XSLT, Spring, SOAP, JProfiler, XSLT-FO and
BuildForge is highly desirable;
•       Familiarity with rules programming concepts and JRules is desirable;
•       Working experience in Hibernate/SQL/Stored Procedures/Transact-SQL
in Sybase is mandatory, experience in handling high-volume data sets
in the data access tier and rendering it in user interface tier is
highly preferred;
•       Experience in building feed system and ETL (extract, transform and
load) process is highly preferred;
•       Experience in Java performance tuning and optimization is desirable;
•       Experience in Unix platform is mandatory, Linux platform is highly
preferred, working experience in Perl and Unix shell scripting (ksh)
is highly preferred;
•       Experience in SDLC best practices, such as code version control, is
highly desirable;
•       Working experience in Tomcat on Windows and Linux;
•       Working experience in Ajax and Ajax tags, Flex, Castor, JAXB, is
highly preferred.
•       Ability to manage project development within a highly demanding environment;
•       Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
•       Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
•       Self-motivated and achievement orientated with high energy level;
•       Excellent team player and capable of earning the respect of
colleagues worldwide;
•       Flexible and innovative;
•       Undergraduate degree or above in a scientific, mathematical,
engineering, computer science subject.

3. Developer _C

i.      Requirements:
•       Proficient skills in C#, .Net, WPF;
•       Comfortable with UNIX, C++, Sybase/SQL, Perl, XML, SOAP, TCP/IP;
•       Hands-on development experience in client/server architecture;
•       Strong analytical skill with track record of problem solving and delivery;
•       Capable of effectively handling outage situations under stressful environment;
•       Good knowledge of the FIX protocol is a plus;
•       Experience/knowledge of the securities and brokerage sector, with
focus on front-end equity trading business;
•       Proficient in English;
•       Ability to manage project development within a highly demanding environment;
•       Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
•       Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
•       Self-motivated and achievement orientated with high energy level;
•       Excellent team player and capable of earning the respect of
colleagues worldwide;
