A US-listed Chinese real estate developer seeks an CFO

Guerrilla Capital Management,LLC is helping a US-listed Chinese real estate developer, which they just made investments recently, look for a new CFO.  The company is based in Shandong province. It is currently listed on OTCBB, and will upgrade to Nasdaq in the short time.  The candidate is expected to have the qualifications below:

·         fluent both in Chinese and English, native Chinese preferred

·         strong academic qualifications, post graduate degree in finance/accounting preferred

·         working experience on the Wall Street in accounting/auditing/capital markets required.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Experience in real estate is definitely a plus
